This large, antique Persian Kerman rug from the early 20th century features a royal blue centre medallion inset accompanied by various paisley motifs and palmettes in the red field. The complementary deep red main border features ivory lozenges with blossoming shrubs and flowers, and is accompanied by multiple floral, meandering minor borders.
