This Mahal relies heavily on exquisite details as well as large-scale flowers and palmettes. A Fine trellis of beautifully colored large and small flowers sprawls across the dark blue field, pulsating with alternating rhythms in various shades of red, coral red, rust red. A crisply drawn arabesque and the ivory detail of the palmettes, flowers and serrated leaves imbue the rug with a beautiful articulation of pattern. Other colors include light green, salmon, yellow, light blue, light brown/camel and pink.
