Antique Persian Qashqai Rug with Tulips, Diamond Patterns and Star Motifs

This amazing antique Persian Qashqai rug originates from the tribes of southwestern Iran and features a wonderful geometric pattern and traditional color palette. The variations of red, blue and ivory beautifully form the field and various diamond-shaped patterns that are filled with branching tulips. A running pattern of geometric serrated leaves form the inner and outer guard while a running pattern of star motifs fill the inner border.
