This spectacular Persian Tabriz bears magnificent splendor indicative of royal tastes, which sought perfection in balance and palette. The circular light Persian blue script-style medallion displays various floral motifs and is complemented by two stretched palmettes at either end. The midnight blue field hosts a swirling garden of vining flowers and is held in place by flattering red cornices and rich terracotta red border in geometric motifs.
