This magnificent antique Persian Malayer rug was hand-woven around the turn of the 20th century. It bears a stunning display of opulent colors in the border and an all-over sub-geometric Herati design in the background. Colors include black, dark blue, cobalt blue, Terracotta, light green, light green and salmon. The border displays a repeating floral design in Cobalt blue, royal blue, Terracotta red, salmon and small accents in green and gold.
